We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to promote reintegration of clients into the workplace. Our journey with a client begins with a holistic assessment. The Work House prides itself on objective physical, cognitive and psychiatric assessments through the use of internationally recognised standardised tools and specialist training. Therafter we tailor work-related interventions to suit each client’s needs and address return-to-work barriers.

Evaluation of an individual’s unique job demands
FCE's
Functional Capacity Evaluations used to determine capacity to perform essential physical and cognitive job demands
Psychiatric FCE
Assessing cognitive and psychosocial capacity to meet the client’s work role
Pre-Employment Screen
Determining candidates ability to meet essential job demands
Functional Screen
A brief overview of client’s clinical presentation with regards to their work ability
Fitness-to-work Screen
A 3-hour screen, which includes a detailed off-site Job Demands Analysis
